About the Author

I learned the power of the pen very early in life. I always knew that I wanted to become a writer. My goal is to use writing as a means to create hope and opportunities for other women like myself. I created BrownSugaMama Productions with that goal in mind. To provide a platform for minority female small business owners to share their journeys on the road to becoming an entrepreneur. BrownSugaMama celebrates the beautiful struggle and perseverance of today's fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs.  It is my prayer that my business will promote and motivate other women to take control of their future and become the author of their own life story.
